Living in my ski gear
The last 2 days I are mostly been wearing ski gear. Or been asleep. I’ve been donning the banana yellow ski trousers and heading up the mountain first thing in the morning since Phil arrived and not needing to get changed till I go to bed. I fully intend to don them again tomorrow (though I might change my socks which are starting to stink) before heading up the midi to do the Vallee Blanche in the morning.
I’m feeling the pace. A very full day of off piste powder skiing yesterday followed by a ski tour across the Argentiere Glacier & up to the Refuge (part of the Haute Route). This evening I’m done in.
Mais, on a la banane, bien sur.
