Lions led by donkeys
Continuing the remembrance theme a little, I went to see Lions for Lambs last night. The title is a corruption of the famous phrase Lions led by donkeys referring to the British infantry in the first world war (the lions) and an the incompetent generals who led them (the donkeys).
