iPod video
I’ve had a video ipod for years, but never used the capability for anything more that impressing people with how cool my gadget is in the pub. That was until last night. Whilst contemplating the 90 minute journey back to Brighton in the office in the afternoon I was thinking about taking my macBook so I could watch a film to pass the time. It occurred to me that my iPod might do the same thing, and certainly be easier to carry. So I downloaded isquint and converted The Life Aquatic into the right video format and stuck it on the ipod.
A revelation. I watched the whole movie on the way home. OK, the screen’s a little small, but the battery lasted the distance, the sound was great and most importantly the journey flew by.
