    It seems to me that there are 2 sides to every story. The fact that you have gone out of your way to make defamatory remarks about a company that you have worked with doesn’t reflect particularly well on you. And I have to say that having read the info that you have provided, it looks like you didn’t deliver what you should have done and didn’t deserve to get paid at all! Think positive. Move on. Peace.

    im not sure if your familiar with something called a kill fee. but it can be put into your contractual agreement that if the client or 3rd party terminates your services you can get paid in full amount
