The snooze index
I think that you can tell a lot by carefully noting the number of times you hit snooze on your alarm clock in the mornings.
The dream scenario would be waking up naturally and early and springing out of bed full of energy and joie de vivre, ready to take on the world.
Then there are times when you set your alarm just as a trigger, and he second it goes off you’re up and showering, looking forward to whatever the day holds..
Then there are times when you lie in bed hating the alarm and all it stands for. Constantly hitting the snooze button rather than facing whatever ball-ache you have on that day. Usually work.
I hit snooze 3 times this morning. 4 times yesterday morning.
