Girls Aloud & being a bit bummed out
I took my lovely girlfriend to the airport this morning. She's away working in UK for a month. On tour with Girls Aloud as it goes; very comic! I thought it would rain for a month, but the sun came out this afternoon so it could be worse. And a month's not long is it? Just a few weeks, really I suppose.
I also went to see Mark and Mimi about buying the bus. We went for a little drive up the mountain and it runs like a dream. The engine's clean, the bodywork tidy and it turns out you can pop the 2 rows of seats out of it and have enough space for a double mattress. It's sturdy enough to go on a proper road trip too I think. I wonder if I could manage to drive it all the way down to Croatia this summer. How hard can it be? it borders northern Italy and so do I.
Anyhoo - I have the paperwork to get some insurance and I'll pick it up just before those guys head off to get married in Canada next week.
