Foehn wind craziness
There wasn’t really a Foehn wind in the valley, but there certainly was some craziness last night.
First of all a mate comes round fairly unexpectedly. He’s a bit quiet, holding his cheek where he’s got a big of a bruise coming through. He necked a glass of wine and then started talking about the angry pissed bloke who’d turned up at his girlfriend’s place where he’s staying while she was out and lamped him. Madness.
So then I was down at the Delice, and from the moment I walked in I could tell there was something wrong. Both the girls behind the bar were very stressed and frightened. It didn’t take long to see why. Some mad French fella with an ice axe and climbing helmet tied to his rucksack was making a nuisance of himself to everyone in the place. It all got a bit nasty when he wouldn’t leave and we ended up calling the rozzers to get rid of him.. Fat lot of good they were I might add, after talking to him for a bit they let him walk right back in. The geezer was obviously aggressive and ready to fight. And he had an ice-axe on him too. Not good.
But it turned out nice in the end.

Mmmm…. may I suggest your next course should be self defence or body building!
