The first day of winter
So winter is here In Chamonix and it’s getting cold. I had to scrape th ice off the golf this morning and it’s dark at 5:30pm. On the other hand, it is very beautiful. This is what the Aiguille du Midi looked like from my office this morning.

Well winter has hit Oxford too. I also had to scrape ice off the car this morning, but with a clear blue sky and autumn colours in the trees who wants to worry.
