Steve Irving. Luck for the guy who’d pick up deadly snakes, and hold his baby boy whilst feeding a crocodile has finally run out. Somehow he managed to cop a stingray barb to the heart. That’s no mean feat. Stingrays are not dangerous, and there’s almost no recorded fatalities from being stung by them. Maybe the way he died was a one in a million fluke, but if you put your head in a lions mouth for long enough, sooner or later you’ll loose it.

apparently he was swimming behind/above the stingray, and his cameraman was in front of it. It panicked and lashed out. (according to theregister.co.uk)
