Nutrition for building strength
Depending on what you want out of your body, it’s vital to put the right nutrition in. If you’re into sport in a big way, then you’ll already know this and you might be open to adding nutritional supplements to your diet.
I’m a keen skier and I’m considering taking an exam in the coming season called the test technique. It’s a ski race whereby a world class racer lays down a time and the rest of the racers have to within 1 second of that time to pass. Passing is important because it gives me the opportunity to work as a ski instructor in France.
Having tried and failed to pass this test in the past I was advised by a friend of mine that my technique is fine, and what I should concentrate on is building strength in the gym. So that’s what I’m doing now, and nutritional supplements are helping me to reach my goals.

Making money from my blog
Over the past year I’ve been trying to work out how to make money from my blog. It gets a certain amount of traffic, and I have a readership, but was there a way to make some money from it?

Is it too easy to get a loan?

Of course people often get into trouble with debt, but that’s to be expected. To get a loan you have to be a grown up, and as a grown up you have to take responsibility for your actions. I’ve been in debt with plenty of personal loans, and I’m still in it. Debt is good. It puts you on the radar and makes you a proper person. It gives you gravitas.
